Step into Yoga
- For this session we wear trainers and work with balance, wall supported body weight exercises, standing yoga flow sequences, and yoga dance to music which is where the steps come into this fun and vibrant class. These classes are aimed at individuals who to improve would like to improve their core strength, balance, and overall fitness. This class is great for weight management, as well as supporting anxiety and depression, and generally improve overall physical and mental health. During the practice we work with major Muscle and Joint groups, Fascia (our connective tissue), and introduce ourselves to gentle Cardiovascular yoga steps, whilst connecting our body, breath and mind.
